Ruzafa® House

Baovan Ruzafa is a restaurant in Valencia specialising in handmade baos and dumplings, where the bao is the centrepiece of the whole experience.

We are the only restaurant in Spain working with five different types of bao bread, made every day in our own bakery. Each dough has been developed to suit the character of each recipe and to offer a different experience in every bao.

House of Specialty Baos® is our way of understanding and treating the product. We make our baos and dumplings by hand, taking care over every dough, every texture and every combination.

After years of development, we have created a proposal of our own for those who want to eat in Ruzafa and discover a different way of enjoying the bao.
