The purpose of these General Conditions of Use of the website is to regulate both the provision of information and the commercial relationships that arise between BAOVAN and the users of the website. BAOVAN FOODEXPERIENCE, SL (hereinafter, BAOVAN), in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and European Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), informs website users of the Privacy and Data Protection Policy that it will apply to the processing of the personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing its website or the corresponding mobile application.

Main purposes

Interaction with customers through BAOVAN apps and interaction with us on our social media profile pages. Handling claims, complaints and suggestions. Keeping registered users logged in, providing statistics associated with the use of the website, the location of our restaurants and anti-spam systems (captcha). Sending communications or information expressly requested. Carrying out satisfaction surveys for the proper management of quality processes and their improvement. Legal basis and retention
